Marcia Parker
Founder/President
Marcia Parker is the founder and President of the Jamaican American International Chamber of Commerce (JAICC), owner of P&M Express Trucking, and co-owner of Marcia’s Kitchen. With a relentless passion for service, Marcia’s mission is to promote, advance, and facilitate the success of others, particularly those who are underserved and underrepresented. Recognized for her dedication to service and leadership, Marcia has served in many capacities across the United States, Jamaica, and the Diaspora. Through her chamber, Marcia supports minority business owners in her local Atlanta area by creating programs, resources, and partnerships to stimulate business growth. One such program is the Sponsor-a-Student Program, which supports children in Jamaica who live in extremely challenging circumstances.

Nicole M. Palmer
Director of PR, Communications & Marketing /Partnership Strategy
Nicole M. Palmer has been a part of JAICC since 2022 and has been an instrumental part of the organization's public relations and marketing efforts ever since. She is a brand strategist, business coach, and the founder of Nicole Williams Collective, a marketing and management consulting agency. With a degree in Communications and a concentration in Visual & Media Studies, Nicole brings over 15 years of experience in marketing, PR, communication, business development, events, and leadership. Nicole is a woman of faith, a proud mother of two daughters, and a firm believer in strategy, service, and bold self-leadership.
Sherekah Nelson-Hibbert
Director of Membership & Administration
Sherekah Nelson-Hibbert has been a part of JAICC since 2022 and has been an instrumental member of the organization's membership and administration. She is a past student of the University of Technology, Jamaica, where she earned her Bachelor's Degree in Administrative Management and Marketing. She has over 10 years of experience working in the Financial industry and over 8 years of experience in the retail industry. She is a woman of faith and takes pride in her walk with Christ. Voluntarism is essential to her as she believes in making a difference in an impactful way.
